Join our team as a Client Experience Agent and help deliver a human-centered, thorough, and efficient experience to our clients, employers, plan members, and brokers within the Investments and Retirement sector.
In this role, you will be at the heart of the client experience, responding to inquiries, ensuring high-quality follow-ups, and supporting case processing with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Respond to inquiries from clients, plan members, employers, and brokers by phone, email, or written correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage case follow-ups, provide required information and documentation, and deliver clear, personalized, and thorough support.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to client files, including opening new accounts, updating information, and preparing documentation.
- Process authorized transactions and administrative activities within established systems while ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, documentation, and processes to support an exceptional client experience.
- Participate in periodic and year-end activities, including the preparation and distribution of communications and documentation to clients and plan members.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with strong verbal and written abilities.
- Relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, or a role involving the management of inquiries, follow-ups, and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering professional and client-focused service.
- Proficiency with computer applications and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- A solution-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and a desire to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of or experience in the investments, savings, or retirement industry is considered an asset.
