Note: This position has an expected end date of June, 2027.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant IV to join our Energy and Risk Management team. Reporting to the Manager, Reporting and Compliance, you will work to provide a high caliber of administrative support for a team of approximately thirty people.
This role is ideal for someone with strong clerical abilities, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is enthusiastic about helping others succeed and comply with corporate administrative and safety requirements.
Key elements of this role include:
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, manage calendars and e-mail, travel arrangements, office supplies and office mail/package handling. While also maintaining filing systems and SharePoint sites, create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations compliance; including tracking for the Team's safety program and also monitoring training status of the team, ensuring compliance.
- Process invoices for payment and update payroll, as well as process expense reports.
- Providing assistance with various reporting including budget preparation, variance analysis, records of approvals and Balanced Score Card data.
- Support storm restoration efforts if required.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

- Minimum of Grade XII education, a recognized Office Administration and/or Business Certificate (or equivalent) and a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
- Proficiency with various software applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.
- Detailed-oriented individual, working to a high standard with good judgement and the ability to work with confidentiality.
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently, and are a self-starter.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills are required
