As a Bilingual Retailer Experience Representative, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable go-to for Atlantic Lottery's retail partners-helping them over the phone, email, and in person. From answering questions and troubleshooting terminal or product issues to spotting risks early and keeping service running smoothly, you'll play a big part in supporting the retailer experience and protecting the integrity of our products and systems. You'll also make outbound calls to confirm inventory for ongoing sales and new launches, share helpful insights with internal teams, and spend time in our Moments retail location supporting customers, winners, and day-to-day retail operations.

In this role, you'll help create a great experience for retailers and customers by:
- Deliver outstanding service and support to retailers and customers across multiple channels.
- Resolve questions and issues quickly to help keep products, systems, and sales running smoothly.
- Build strong relationships by providing clear guidance, helpful communication, and a professional experience.
- Support product readiness by helping ensure retailers have what they need for ongoing sales and new launches.
- Protect operational integrity by recognizing concerns, documenting key details, and escalating issues when needed.
Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or help desk environment providing technical support.
- Aptitude for providing technical support.
- Bilingualism (French & English).
- Must be 19 years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada.
Professional Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Available to work a variety of shifts during our current operating hours (8am - 9pm).
- Ability to deal with sensitive situations and ensuring confidentiality.
- Desire to build exceptional client experiences and is passionate and curious to help clients meet their needs and solve their concerns.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, prioritize and competently handle a variety of activities with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Assets:
- Experience with lottery and/or gaming environment.
Work Availability
Available to work during the following Hours of Operations, including scheduled statutory holidays: 8 am to 9 pm, 7 days per week.
Some shifts may fall on weekends. When scheduled for a weekend, you will not be scheduled to work both Saturday and Sunday.
Recruitment Process

As part of the interview process for this bilingual role, candidates will be assessed in both English and French. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Internal applicants must be in good standing, which includes meeting expectations on their most recent performance review. Performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, attendance, mandatory training, and other performance‑related factors may be considered. A Predictive Index (PI) assessment will also be conducted or shared with hiring managers.
