Tech Analyst

Job Title: Technical Analyst

Location: Moncton, NB
Job Type: Contract-possible extension

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, weekends as needed

Wage: $22.00-$25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure operating systems using Windows Autopilot for device provisioning.
• Install required applications, apply Windows and company-specific updates, and verify functionality.
• Assign and enroll devices to end users through Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Troubleshoot setup or configuration issues, either independently or by following documented instructions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all steps and configurations for each device.
• Prepare completed devices for shipment, including secure packaging and labeling.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Windows OS deployment and Microsoft Autopilot.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device management best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions.
• Experience with documenting technical processes and configurations

Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar considered an asset
• Knowledge on Windows and/or Linux operating system considered an asset
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and deployment workflows.
