Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
This role involves supporting administrative operations through accurate document management, data entry, and maintaining organized company records for both internal and external use. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail oriented, and possess strong computer skills with an interest in long term growth and development within their role.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
• Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
• Prepare, organize, and file documents and reports
• Provide general administrative support to management and staff
• Assist with customer service inquiries and office communications
• Maintain office supplies and support daily office operations
• Complete other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirement:
• Previous administrative or office experience considered an asset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Professional and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
