Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
This role involves supporting administrative operations through accurate document management, data entry, and maintaining organized company records for both internal and external use. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong computer skills with an interest in long-term growth and development within their role.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
- Prepare, organize, and file documents and reports
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Assist with customer service inquiries and office communications
- Maintain office supplies and support daily office operations
- Complete other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office experience considered an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Professional and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
