Job Title: Class 5 Delivery Driver
Location: Fredericton & Oromocto, NB
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (May Vary)
Pay Rate: $1 8. 00 - $ 2 1.00/ hr

Assignment Information:

Advantage Personnel is recruiting a Delivery Driver to join our client's team in Fredericton and Oromocto, NB. Our client is a respected leader in national and international moving services, providing complete storage solutions. The Driver/Mover will handle expert loading and unloading of freight and will carefully track expenses while conducting pre-shift vehicle inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Helps load materials and freight safely.
• Assists with pre-departure tasks, preparing vehicle equipment, and checking before trips.
• Uses handheld devices to track deliveries and access customer info.
• Confirms delivery times and locations to provide timely service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience driving 5-ton vehicles.
• Skilled in residential and commercial moving techniques.
• Familiar with using handheld devices for deliveries.
• Valid Driver's Abstract (issued within the last 30 days).
• Completion of a Criminal Record Search is mandatory for this position.

Work Conditions:

Class 5 drivers usually drive in urban, suburban, or rural areas based on their assigned delivery routes. This includes navigating city streets, highways, and residential neighborhoods. All PPE required.
