Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
- Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and maintenance
- Support users with technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and applications
- Document technical processes and support activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical support or analyst role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
