Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Safely transport materials and products within the facility, ensuring proper handling and storage
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular cleaning and tidying of equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and cleanliness standards set by the company
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output and adherence to specifications
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and communicate effectively
• Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to following guidelines
• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
