Warehouse Worker

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Worker, reporting to the Packaging Inventory Supervisor at our St. George, NB facility.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will assist with receiving, assembling, packaging, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general production and warehouse duties as assigned
• Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials manually or using equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Assist with inventory counting and stock rotation as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous warehouse or production experience is an asset (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced production/warehouse environment
• Standing and physical activity required for most of the shift
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Ability to work in a cold, wet and damp production environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
