Hours:

75 (12 hours, Rotating, Shift Work; Days, Evenings, Weekends, On-Call)

0800-2000, 0830-2030, 0700-1900, 0730-1930, 0900-2100, 0930-2130 Hours.

12 Hour shift rotation including days, nights, standby and call-back on a rotational basis. After-hours and Sundays.

Salary:

NS29 (CAD40.50 - CAD50.08 per hour)

The following Incentives may be applicable and can be combined:

1. Signing bonus up to $10,000 (up to $14,000 if facility is located off the TCH ? Rural Sites)

2. Health Professional Bursary (student) up to $10,000

3. Come Home Incentive up to $50,000

Qualifications: Current registration with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Nurses is required. Completion of the Hemodialysis Education Program offered through NLHS Western Zone, or equivalent is required. Completion of a recognized IV Therapy program and current certificate in Basic Life Support (within the last 12 months) or a willingness to complete is required. A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is a requirement for this position.

If no suitable candidate is found with the above qualifications, candidates will be considered with a willingness to complete the next Hemodialysis Education Program offered through NLHS Western Zone.
