Job Title: General Labour - Restoration Cleaner

Location: St. John's

Available Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Rate of Pay: $18.00 an hour

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for a General Labour - Restoration Cleaner position on behalf of our client in St. John's. Our customer is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the completion of manual tasks, such as cleaning carpets, furniture, and restoration cleaning. The successful candidate must be able to work as a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading materials
• Moving cleaning products
• Job site cleaning (dumping of garbage, cleaning carpets and surfaces, and restoration)
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Documenting file notes using a smartphone/tablet

Qualifications:

• Able to stand for extended periods
• Must be punctual and on time
• Exceptional communication skills
• Exceptional written skills
• Restoration experience
• Carpentry experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a team environment
• IICRC certification would be considered an asset
• This role requires the submission of a Criminal Record Check
