Advantage Personnel is currently seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers for full-time, permanent cross-border dry van operations based out of Halifax, NS. Responsibilities:

• Complete scheduled dry van runs throughout Canada and the USA
• Safely operate Class 1 vehicles in accordance with transportation regulations
• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Ensure freight is transported safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 Driver's License
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class 1 driving experience
• Clean criminal record and driver's abstract
• FAST Card considered a strong asset
• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage long-haul schedules
