AZ / Class 1 Driver

Job Title: Class 01 Driver
Location: St. John's
Shifts: Monday to Friday; 8:00am Start
Rate of Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a Class 1 Driver for a client in St. John's. This individual must be a team player, dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic and desire to advance. Provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate is responsible for picking up and delivering products in the St. John's Metro area with occasional deliveries to the Bay Roberts area.

Responsibilities:

• Picking up and delivering products to customers in the St. John's Metro area
• Picking up and delivering products to customers in the Bay Roberts area occasionally
• Loading and unloading products
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Effectively communicating with customers and dispatch
• Ability to work alone or in a group environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Two years of verifiable driving experience
• A current Driver's Abstract (must be dated within the last 30 days)
• Successful completion of a Criminal Check is required
• Class 1 Driver's License
