• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including glass replacement, trash receptacle repairs, and painting
• Safely and effectively use hand and power tools
• Provide operational support as required
• Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
• Operate lawn-care equipment and work from ladders
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work at heights
• Able to lift 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
• Proficient in using hand and power tools while working on a ladder
• Organized, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Good knowledge of Vancouver and surrounding areas
• Strong attendance record
• Green-patch safety boots are required
• Valid driver's license required
