Job Title: General Labour (Lumper)

Shift: Casual, 8:00 AM Start
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is hiring General Labourers (Lumpers) to support warehouse operations in Dartmouth, NS. This hands-on role involves unloading containers, organizing products, and assisting with general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely unload containers by hand or using pallet jacks.
• Palletize, wrap, and organize items for storage or shipment.
• Perform light clean-up of the warehouse to maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols.

Qualifications:

• Steel-toe safety boots are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive, manual labour tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability-punctuality is essential.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
