Job description: AVSS is an aerospace company and is the world leader in guided and unguided parachute recovery systems for commercial drones. AVSS also develops robotic components and solutions. AVSS is hiring a driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role would require 5 days in the office per week. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. You'll act as the main point of contact for clients while working closely with internal teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products).
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for the executive team.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate, current, and complete customer data.
• Manage and respond to inbound emails promptly, ensuring clear, accurate, and professional communication.

Qualifications and Skills

Need to have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Comfortable working independently in an in-office environment.
