Job Details:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimating Coordinator to support our estimating team and play a key role in the tendering process.

This position goes beyond administrative support, with ownership over key components of bid coordination, documentation, and communication. You will help ensure our submissions are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our estimating processes.
- Support estimators in preparing and assembling accurate, complete tender submissions
- Issue tender invitations and actively follow up with subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date estimating and project documentation
- Track bid deadlines, submissions, and responses to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate communication between estimators, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotes for completeness and key scope details
- Prepare bid comparison sheets and summaries to support decision-making
- Identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies in tender documents and escalate early
- Post-secondary education in business administration, construction management, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in construction estimating, coordination, or administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with estimating or construction software is considered an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
