Location: Ottawa, On

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Racking Installer to join our growing team. This role involves the safe delivery, installation, and assembly of industrial racking systems at client sites. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and assemble warehouse racking systems according to specifications and safety standards
• Read and interpret layouts, blueprints, and installation instructions
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and securement
• Operate tools and equipment safely (drills, anchors, lifts, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in racking installation, construction, or a similar field preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lift equipment
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to read basic drawings or layouts is an asset
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Criminal Record Check will be required as part of the Onboarding process

Working Conditions:

• Early mornings and occasional extended hours based on project needs
• Outdoor and indoor work in various weather conditions
