Join our Strategic Initiatives & Infrastructure team within Wealth Management Global Credit & Banking Solutions, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our global credit strategy. As a Business Analyst, you'll partner with leadership to drive process and infrastructure optimization, capacity planning, and innovative solutions that make a real difference. What will you do?
Dive into business situations to uncover opportunities for strategic improvement, focusing on regional and global processes, infrastructure, and capacity planning.
Map out current processes and identify gaps between where we are and where we want to be, recommending solutions that balance client experience, cost, and risk.
Explore how AI and innovation can optimize our processes and infrastructure.
Understand and document the business impact of change—how it affects people, processes, and technology.
Bring stakeholders together in collaborative sessions to uncover, analyze, and refine requirements.
Ensure quality and validation of requirements, working closely with those impacted by the changes.
Support governance and risk reviews, including supplier, privacy, and data considerations.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have (What you'll Bring)
A relevant degree, formal business qualification, or hands-on experience in Programme, Project, or Change Management within global financial services.
Proven experience with project delivery methodologies like Waterfall, Iterative, or Agile.
Strong skills in requirements planning, prioritization, and elicitation—whether through document analysis, interviews, workshops, or prototyping.
Great communication skills and the ability to inspire creative thinking and build consensus across diverse teams.
A talent for building relationships with stakeholders across regions and cultures.
A flexible, growth-minded approach to thrive in a continuously improving environment.
Nice-to-have
Experience optimizing banking, credit underwriting, collateral monitoring, or loan servicing, especially for HNW and UHNW clients.
Work on cross-border projects spanning multiple jurisdictions or time zones.
Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
Familiarity with capacity modeling and growth forecasting tools.
