Baker's helper

Boulangerie La Vendeenne Incorporee, Monday-Friday 630am-3:30/4pm with the potential of over-time and weekend work.

This position is 48 hours per week with a potential of overtime.

Should you choose to accept this offer of employment, the following could be your duties:

Baking pies including pie crusts and fillings.

Baking and filling eclairs.

Baking cookies, and other baked goods.

Preparing pastries such as quiche, almond croissants, tarts, pizzas, soups and pasta dishes.

Decorating cakes, pastries, and other desserts, carrot cakes, cheesecakes and layered mouse cakes.

Creating and keeping up with demand for the meals to go line-up including but not limited to; sweet and sour meatballs, Italian pasta and meatballs, roast beef dinner, turkey dinner, soups and pot pies and prep work for pizza.

Ensuring food quality by following established procedures and recipes.

Maintaining and cleaning work areas.

Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Cleaning dishes, utensils and baking foils.

Organizing fridge, freezer and storage areas practicing fifo procedures.
