Steele Chevrolet is Looking for a Pro Shine Manager to Lead the Shine and Drive the Standard!

We are on the hunt for a hands-on, people-focused Pro Shine Manager to lead our detailing and wash operations. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our wash bay, detailing, and undercoating departments
- Coordinate new vehicle deliveries, ensuring everything is prepped, polished, and ready on time
- Act as the go-to connection between dealerships and the Pro Shine team
- Oversee and assign work to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Support and coach your team, creating a positive, high-performing environment
- Coordinate the application of First Canadian products on sold vehicles
- Keep communication flowing across teams to ensure seamless operations
- Other duties as required
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of leadership experience, ideally in an automotive or detail environment
- Strong understanding of vehicle cleaning, detailing, and general maintenance
- A passion for cars and pride in delivering high-quality work
- A natural ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and precision
- Confidence working independently while still being a strong team player
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable abstract
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard vehicles
Please note: Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven.
