Job Overview:
Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting dependable and motivated General Labourers (Lumpers) to support a busy warehouse operation in Middleton. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a hardworking team that keeps operations moving.

Responsibilities:
Manually unload containers efficiently and safely
Use pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse
Palletize, wrap, and stage freight for storage or shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Requirements:
Steel-toe safety boots required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable with continuous standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to work independently while contributing to overall team productivity
