Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: St. Johns, NL
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM

Rate of Pay: $22.00/hour

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client in St. John's. Our client is looking for someone who is reliable, has great customer service skills, and is very organized. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve issues, answer questions and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Process orders, returns, and account updates
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with other departments to solve customer issues

Candidate Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exceptional Organizational skills
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer skills is an asset
