Job Title : General Labour

Location: St. John's, NL

Available Shifts:Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Rate of Pay: $18.00 an hour

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to professional growth, and the ability to work collaboratively alone or with a team. This role involves supporting various on-site tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading materials
• Assist with site preparation and cleanup
• Working in all weather conditions
• Operate basic hand tools as needed
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed
• Perform General Labour duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

• Able to stand for extended periods
• Must be punctual and on time
• Able to lift up to 65lbs+
• 1-2 years construction experience
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to work in a team environment
• Previous construction site experience is an asset but not mandatory
