Dock Worker

Job Title : Dockworker
Location: Corner Brook, Newfoundland
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00AM Start
Rate of Pay: $18.50/hr

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Dockworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to professional growth, and the ability to work collaboratively alone or with a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading cargo, maintaining a safe and organized working environment, and supporting daily operations to ensure efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in a warehouse environment

• Loading and unloading products

• Breaking down Pallets

• Shrink wrapping pallets

• Maintain/update customer files on the computer

• Sort Product

• Provide excellent customer service to clients

• Ordering supplies for the office, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 years warehouse experience

• Can easily prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and work very well under pressure

• Well organized and interpersonal skills

• College training or equivalent experience

• Forklift Certification preferred, but not required
