Class 1 Driver

Job Title: Class 01 Driver
Location: St. John's, NL
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM until deliveries are completed
Rate of Pay: $24.00 per hour

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Class 01 Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to professional growth, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This role involves ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products within St. John's and surrounding areas while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely pick up and deliver products to customers within the St. John's area
• Efficiently load and unload products.
• Preform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensuring cargo is properly secured
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of verifiable professional driving experience.
• Valid Class 1 Driver's License
• A current Driver's Abstract (dated within the past 30 days).
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check is required.
• Physically capable of handling loading/unloading if required
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations
