Bell Canada's Human Resources Services are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Associate – Trainer / Coach.


The incumbent is responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering learning solutions, and providing structured coaching to support employee skill development, performance, and engagement.
The role is carried out in close collaboration with the designated team manager and aims to support operational objectives while respecting established processes, defined roles, and the provisions of collective agreements.

Job Duties / Accountabilities
  • Deliver structured training and ongoing coaching to strengthen skills and performance standards
  • Design, maintain, and adapt training content and tools according to operational needs and learning styles
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of training materials with current processes
  • Assess employee competencies, recommend training or coaching actions, and ensure rigorous documentation
  • Support change management initiatives and measure training effectiveness with a view to continuous improvement
  • Analyze performance to guide targeted development plans
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with employees, managers, and stakeholders in a professional and objective manner
Essential Qualifications / Competencies
  • Significant and demonstrated experience in training design and delivery as well as coaching, in complex operational environments including HR, payroll, and customer service
  • Knowledge of English and French required
    • As part of the job, this person will be required to produce documents in French & English
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning/communication platforms (depending on the environment in place)
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies
  • Demonstrated experience delivering structured training and coaching employees in an operational environment
  • Proven ability to work in a unionized environment, including respecting collective agreements, defined roles, and established processes
  • Recognized ability to objectively assess performance and learning needs using factual methods
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in designing and updating standardized training materials and job aids
  • Strong organizational skills, including record keeping, follow-up, and documentation
  • Experience supporting change initiatives or system implementations is considered an asset
  • Education in pedagogy, adult education, human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Working Conditions
  • Regular business hours based on business needs; occasional overtime
  • Availability and flexibility required
  • Candidate required as soon as possible
  • Remote work profile with in-person presence as required by business needs

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
