JOB DESCRIPTION
TDI Digitization, Automation and Workflow team's mandate is to unlock business value through Innovative Automation (IA) and Workflow (Salesforce). This type of work is about transforming how people work and interact with digital capabilities, rather than simply a technology implementation. Key considerations include process optimization and re-design and how robotic automation and workflow solutions can improve the customer experience, while freeing up people's time to focus on more value-adding activities.
Reporting to the Manager, Business Management, the Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting Pan-TDI Automation & Workflow deliverables and strategic initiatives to unlock business value through Robotic Process Automation and Salesforce capabilities. This individual will work closely with multiple stakeholders and teams including Enterprise Automation Hub, Customer Engagement Platform, Business Transformation, Business Architecture, Enterprise Process Excellence, TDI Technology Services, Digital Channels, Customer Strategy and TD Insurance Operations. Together we will work to identify transformation and process improvement opportunities, deliver automation, case management and leads management solutions, and champion proof of concepts which optimize customer and colleague experiences and improve operational efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Lead the delivery of automation, case management, leads management solutions across TD Insurance lines of business.
· Accelerated deep dive learning of the automation and workflow process / capabilities acting as a TDI Automation and Salesforce expert.
· Provide advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members for Innovative Automation and Salesforce capabilities.
· Develop and promote a culture of innovation and colleague development to create an environment dedicated to the future readying of colleagues' digital and agile skills.
· Provide recommendations and supporting business case analysis to proceed or not proceed with automation and workflow opportunities
· Support the development of an automation as well as workflow pipeline, leading opportunity assessments to identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency
· Support the day-to-day assessment and delivery of the TDI Automation and Workflow Roadmaps – Effectively leading the execution of process automation and /or workflow related opportunities intake through to deployment including maintaining project plans and RAID logs.
· Create intake with delivery partners, ensuring requirements documented and Risk Artifacts maintained – Including CRA, PIA, DIA, TIA, and BISO.
· Ensure strong day 2 RPA governance and controls, incident tracking, digital worker maintenance, support and change management.
· Drive continuous improvement in the business, identifying new innovations, removing roadblocks and helping the business to simplify how it operates, improving both the customer and colleague experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

· Business acumen with the ability to distil complex information, develop business cases and effectively communicate ideas and recommendations
· Demonstrate blended skills across communication, business analysis, solutioning, business casing, reporting benefits, change management and implementation when leading or supporting transformation initiatives.
· Expertise in advanced analytical techniques such as use case modelling, workflow modelling, and logical data and process modelling.
· Strong relationship management skills
· Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio skills
· Expert knowledge of project delivery
· Experience working with technology (including query languages), agile framework, intelligent automation, other emerging capabilities is an asset
· Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
· Experience in Agile Methodology is an asset.
