Name and description of the hiring department

The Bell Business Markets Billing Team is focusing on providing an exceptional customer experience at every touch-point for service delivery and support to our Business market customers.
The billing client representative is responsible to work, investigate, respond to customer billing inquiries and support customers through Bell Online billing manager portal until complete resolution. The representative must work in collaboration with various internal teams to ensure adequate and fast resolution of billing inquiries.

Job Duties / Accountabilities
  • Responsible for treating and resolving billing inquiries for different types of services (IS, Professional Services, Broadband, Voice, Data, Bell online billing manager portal)
  • Analyze customer billing, requests and contracts to provide adequate explanations and information to customers
  • Contact and assist customers with billing, Bell Online billing manager portal questions, issues until fully resolved
  • Responsible for involving the various internal teams to determine the actions to be taken to resolve the request
  • Assure follow-ups on requests within tight deadlines
  • Responsible for escalating requests when required
  • Document the files in a clear and concise manner
  • Work in collaboration with the billing manager
Essential Qualifications / Competencies
  • Knowledge of English and French required
    • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
  • Excellent ability to work in a team and in collaboration with different departments
  • Excellent leadership and good ability to take decision
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with changing priorities
  • Ability to analyze and independently resolve errors
  • Excellent knowledge in billing

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies
  • Knowledge of different billing platform & applications (BCRIS, ARICS, NM1, NIBS, SAP, REVCHAIN, SAREPQ, BCT, IRDC, EOM, ON DEMAND, SMARTPATH, OBM / SSB etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Bell products and services for business customers
Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday; normal business hours

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
