- Provide deep analytics on business results and performance to identify strategies to improve how we handle calls, route our calls by intent and advisor proficiency
- Collaborate with various partners in multidisciplinary and multi-level analyses to define and solve complex problems statements impacting our Advice Centers performance
- Develop robust processes and tools to proactively monitor key performance indicators to identify emerging trends impacting call volume, average handling time, service level and other key performance metrics.
- Participate in initiatives that will improve customer calling experience by proposing solutions leveraging insights from data and analytics
- Share ideas and recommendations with numerous stakeholders, including a unique opportunity to interact with NACO partners
- Communicate and explain financial and analytical concepts to a non-technical and frontline audience
- Have an impact and contribute to the shaping of TDIAC strategic roadmap to leverage capabilities such as IAP, Gen AI and predictive models
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Actuarial Sciences or related field
- Analytical mind and ability to make sound decisions
- Strong aptitude for team work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest or Proficiency in programing or using analytical tools (R, Python, SQL, VBA, etc.)
Preferred Qualification
- Working through actuarial professional examination
