Part-Time Bookkeeper

The award-winning team at the Porter O'Brien Agency is growing and we are looking for part-time accounting support for our day-to-day operations and financial needs.
In order to hit the ground running, you must have experience in:
- Accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations in QuickBooks Online
- Comfortable in technology applications such as Google Workspace and Customer Relationship Management tools
- Bilingualism is not mandatory but is considered an asset
We are looking for the right combination of education and experience. We will consider candidates that have on-the-job experience in similar roles, as well as new graduates from a related college program.
Porter O'Brien is a full-service public relations, management strategy, government affairs and market research firm. Founded in 2019, Porter O'Brien's roster of consultants is rounded out by professionals with backgrounds in communications, management, digital implementation, stakeholder engagement, government administration and lobbying, journalism, small and large-scale event planning, and human resources.
Our compensation package includes not just a competitive salary but also flexibility in work schedules with minimal core hour requirements, free parking and an opportunity to be part of an incredible team. We anticipate the hourly rate for this position to be between $20 and $40 per hour, based on experience and references and for there to be about 10 to 20 hours of work most weeks.
