Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:
• maintaining payments to suppliers
• paying invoices
• manage the checks run
• prepare checks for mailing
• data entry
• administrative duties related to invoicing
• update financial reports
• filing
• bank reconciliation
• Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
• payroll
• prepare paperwork and schedule shipments
• help with administrative work in and around the office
Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:
• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
• Data enter invoices for payment
• Process backup reports after data entry
• Prepare manual checks as and when required
• Maintain listing of accounts payable
• Maintain the general ledger
• Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers
• Print and distribute monthly financial reports
• Filing
• Dealing with customers.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience.
• Administrative tasks
• Good communications skills
• Team player
• Organized
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Outlook and Simply Accounting
• Bilingual
