Finance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Finance information and records, including SharePoint libraries, retention, permissions, workflows, and compliance with legislative and corporate IM requirements.
  • Administer and support Finance with its related systems, systems testing, training, calendars, codes/business units, and SWOP database.
  • Provide analytical, research, and coordination support for regulatory and governance activities, including GRAs, RFIs, historical filings, briefing materials, reports, presentations, and policy/process development.
  • Support Finance operations through AP invoice coding, PO and requisition setup, invoice and payment tracking, budget and training cost tracking, timesheet monitoring, and coordination of audit and consulting engagements.
  • Manage Finance correspondence, inboxes, distribution lists, mail, printing, and preparation of reports, agendas, minutes, and other materials for Finance management and staff.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, regulators, consultants, and vendors, and develop and deliver onboarding and orientation materials for new Finance staff.
  • Coordinate Finance logistics including meetings, travel, space planning, office supplies, subscriptions, training, safety meetings, events, receptionist support, and shared workspace management.

  • Organizational proficiency and a proactive mindset.

What You'll Need:

  • Graduate from a recognized business administration program, or secretarial science program or equivalent experience;
  • Experience in a lead role directing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • A minimum of five (5) years as an administrative assistant or an office coordinator role.­
