75 (8 hours; Days)
0800-1600 or 0830-1630 Hours; Monday to Friday.
Salary:
NP35 (CAD52.31 - CAD64.92 per hour) (plus an annual market differential of $10,800)
The following Incentives may be applicable and can be combined:
1. Signing bonus up to $10,000 (up to $14,000 if facility is located off the TCH ? Rural Sites)
2. Come Home Incentive up to $60,000
3. Health Professional Bursary (student) up to $10,000

Qualifications: Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador and a current Nurse Practitioner license are required. Completion of a Canadian Recognized wound care management program (e.g. the International Interprofessional Wound Care Course) is required. A minimum of five years recent clinical experience with demonstrated competency and clinical expertise in wound care management is preferred. The incumbent must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships is essential. Experience working independently with limited supervision and a willingness to travel are also required.
*A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is a requirement for this position.

If no suitable candidate with a Canadian recognized wound care management program is found, consideration may be given to those candidates who are prepared to enroll in the program within two years of appointment.
