We are a growing company and we are looking for a driven, personable, and knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us deepen our relationships across Atlantic Canada.

The Role
This is not a counter position. We are not looking for someone who waits for the phone to ring - we are looking for someone who picks it up. The Inside Sales Representative is a proactive, outbound sales role based in our Dieppe office. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, following up on quotes, and growing sales across our product lines with the municipalities, road builders, engineers, and contractors that make up our client base. You will work closely with and report directly to the Founders, playing a key role in our day-to-day commercial operations and long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make proactive outbound sales calls to existing and prospective clients throughout Atlantic Canada
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, road construction contractors, engineers, and public works departments
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and product inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity logs
  • Communicate product knowledge clearly and confidently to clients in both English and French
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Stay current on product lines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to traffic and roadway safety

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of sales or industry experience in traffic safety, signage, roadway construction supply, or a directly related field
  • Bilingual in English and French - written and verbal - is a firm requirement
  • Must be a Maritime native with a genuine working knowledge of Atlantic Canada's municipalities, counties, road networks, and the contractors and engineers who build them
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals - you are an achiever, not a waiter
  • Outgoing, personable, and confident communicator who builds trust quickly over the phone
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a pipeline independently
  • Strong attention to detail in quoting, follow-up, and client communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment where you take ownership of your results

Compensation & Details
