Position: Healthcare Security Guard
Site: Various Healthcare sites in Kingston, Ontario
Hours: 8-12 hours, continental shifts/rotating days & nights
Payrate: $18.35/hour - $22.61/hour
Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional, visible security presence
- Greet, assist, and direct the public
- Protect clients, staff, buildings, and assets
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Conduct interior/exterior patrols and respond to emergencies
- Document and report incidents, investigate as required
- Perform patient watches and enforce hospital policies/by-laws
- Manage access control, keys, and parking enforcement
- Support monthly safety inspections and other assigned duties
- Additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate (from a WSIB-approved provider)
- Ability to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine (minimum double vaccination)
- A copy of your immunization records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella [MMR], Varicella, Pertussis, and TB Skin Tests - Step 1 & 2)
- Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check (during onboarding)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare security experience preferred
- English proficiency (oral & written) required
- 6+ months of customer service experience is considered an asset
- Authorized to legally work in Canada
