Our Saint John office has an immediate opening for a E-Billing Coordinator to cover a one-year maternity leave.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update all eBill rates on the eBill platforms according to client contract schedules;
  • Setup new clients on eBill platforms as required;
  • Troubleshoot eBill client setup and billing issues;
  • Maintain / update eBill documentation on our internal systems;
  • Analyse and provide recommendations for reducing rejections and appeals;
  • Monitor appeals and rejections;
  • Edit and update eBill formats; and
  • Set up working timekeepers on files and other duties as required.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent technical skills and exceptional attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and to work with minimal supervision;
  • Skilled in the use of Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel;
  • Flexible and reliable, works well both independently as well as in a team environment;
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Completion of a Business accounting program or equivalent bookkeeping experience considered an asset; and
  • Familiarity with legal systems and products (e.g. Aderant) considered an asset.
