- Translate briefs and performance insights into compelling visual solutions that resonate with target audiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders and performance teams to ensure creative is both strategically sound and results-driven
- Iterate on creative assets based on feedback, optimizing for performance while maintaining design excellence
- Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables
What will you need to succeed?
- 3+ years of experience at a creative or design agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking, design skills, and execution
- Solid foundation in visual design, with a sharp eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency, along with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), etc.
- Demonstrated ability to create performance-driven creative with clear ideas and strategic rationale, plus a strong understanding of performance marketing and how creative drives results (iterative approach)
- Motion design skills or experience working with motion/video teams, with the ability to communicate and present ideas and rationales clearly
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to balance craft and speed in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership and self-direct when needed
- High energy, strong curiosity, and a hands-on, can-do mindset, with a strong sense of accountability for the work you create and present, and high standards for originality and professional integrity
What are the core skills?
