The Digital Operations Manager plays a key role in advancing the efficiency, quality, and scalability of Bell Media's digital monetization operations. The role centers on assessing advertising sales workflows, identifying operational gaps, and driving improvements that strengthen the buying and delivery experience for advertisers across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate lead?to?cash workflows, platform integrations, and ad products to uncover high?impact optimization opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to design and implement process, platform and product enhancements including automation to remove friction and scale delivery.
  • Drive adoption of refined business practices through clear communication, enablement and training.
  • Establish and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and best?practice guidelines that enable consistency and alignment across teams.
  • Deliver concise KPI?based operational insights with recommended actions and owners.
  • Identify emerging tools/trends and recommend improvements to enhance monetization.
Critical Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Ad Operations, Business Operations, Business Analysis, Project Management or Process Management within digital media.
  • University degree or equivalent in business, technology, marketing or related field.
  • Solid understanding of digital ad technology (e.g. Ad Servers, DMPs, DSPs, OMSs, SSPs), platforms, and industry trends.
  • Strong knowledge of digital campaign KPIs and measurement methodologies (e.g. viewability).
  • Experience with web debugging tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Chrome Dev Tools), JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).
  • Self?driven, curious, and proactive.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced, results?driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
