About Oulton College

We are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and expansion, including the launch of our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program. As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate and experienced faculty members to join our team.
About the Opportunity
We are hiring part-time instructors to teach in-person in Moncton, NB, for courses that support our Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. These courses fall outside of core nursing and include disciplines such as Sociology, Psychology, English, Statistics, and Philosophy.
Most courses are scheduled for 3 hours per week, offered during the daytime or evening, providing excellent flexibility for professionals seeking part-time teaching opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with course outcomes
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Support student learning through mentorship and academic guidance
- Collaborate with faculty and leadership on curriculum development and improvement
- Participate in program and institutional activities as appropriate
Qualifications
- Master's degree in the relevant discipline
- Minimum of two years of recent, relevant professional experience
- Previous teaching experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with technology (e.g., MS Office, email, Learning Management Systems)
