Key Responsibilities- Participate in the development and execution of the radio and digital programming strategy for the ÉNERGIE Abitibi station (99.1, 92.5, 102.7) and the network:
- Implement the strategic plan while taking into account the product format and brand positioning;
- Work closely with the promotions team;
- Supervise commercial and station production and monitor the sound image;
- Participate in the creation of the sound image;
- Update programming schedules and on-air priorities;
- Participate in weekly meetings (promotion/programming planning);
- Participate in the development of special projects;
- Monitor performance indicators for websites and various digital platforms;
- Listen to and monitor the station and the competition;
- Assist the entertainment team with stunts and station activities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on the technical aspects and operations of programming;
- Radio knowledge and experience (minimum 3 years)
- Degree in radio or communications, an asset
- Attention to detail, execution and follow-up skills
- Organizational skills
- Team spirit and initiative
- Ability to manage stress and pressure when juggling multiple priorities
- Independence and excellent judgment
- Proficiency in M365
- Good command of social media
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent written and spoken French
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
