We are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Brand team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that support occupancy, revenue, and brand objectives. This role focuses on driving measurable results through data-driven strategies across traditional and digital channels, while supporting CRM/CMS, marketing automation, and campaign measurement. The Manager works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to analyze performance, identify trends, and continuously improve outcomes.

About the Opportunity
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to support occupancy, revenue, and brand objectives
- Analyze campaign performance and key metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve results and return on investment
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve lead generation, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute marketing and digital strategies
- Support annual planning, forecasting, and reporting, including campaign performance and pipeline metrics
- Manage campaign workflows, processes, and tools to ensure efficient and effective delivery
- Support the optimization of digital platforms and content, ensuring alignment with best practices and user experience standards
- Leverage CRM/CMS platforms and marketing automation tools to support audience segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to inform ongoing strategy adjustments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as required
- Additional duties as required
About You
In addition to having strong curiosity, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset, you bring:
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or agency roles
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions that improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and return on investment
- Proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) and the ability to communicate clear, meaningful insights
- Experience with CRM/CMS platforms, marketing automation, and audience segmentation
- Strong understanding of paid, earned, shared, and owned media, with experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns (search, social, display, email)
- Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights effectively to a range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and execution
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Yardi, WordPress, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site environments considered an asset
