Are you a motivated student with a passion for human resources and organizational culture? Service New Brunswick is seeking a dynamic student to join our People & Culture team. As a member of the team, you will be exposed to a full range of HR services including organizational culture, HR analytics, employee relations, recruitment and more. What will you be doing?
As a member of the People and Culture team you will take on a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Support the HR Analyst Team Lead with the merit increase process, including completing merit increases in the systems and updating trackers using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Assist the Organizational Culture team in planning "Celebrating Excellence", SNB's annual recognition event, including but not limited to:
- Presentation preparation
- Microsoft Forms management
- Tracker creation and maintenance
- Support the Strategic Talent Acquisition team in recruitment activities, as needed including drafting offer letters and job ads
- Assist with various other projects or programs based on organizational requirements.
Sitting in on meetings related to employee relations and employee experience files to gain exposure to real HR casework and decision?making.
What do you need to be successful?
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a business program; a focus on HR coursework may be considered an asset.
Written and spoken competence in English is required.

Strong knowledge in Excel
Experience working with Microsoft Forms

Salary: $15.90- $19.18 per hour
