As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll play a hands‑on role supporting the creation of engaging visual content across digital and print channels. Working closely with the Graphic Designer and reporting to the Manager, Creative & Content Strategy, you'll help bring marketing, communications, and internal initiatives to life while building a strong foundation in professional design standards, tools, and workflows.

What You'll Do ✅
Design Production Support 🎨
- Support the creation of visual assets for digital channels, internal communications, presentations, and marketing materials
- Produce layouts, image edits, and design elements under the guidance of the Graphic Designer
- Apply established brand standards, templates, and style guidelines to assigned work
Learning & Skill Development 🌱
- Learn design processes, tools, and production workflows through hands‑on work and coaching
- Build proficiency in industry‑standard design software and modern, digital‑first workflows
- Stay curious about emerging design trends and AI‑supported creative tools
Project & Workflow Support 🗂️
- Complete assigned tasks within established timelines, approval processes, and quality standards
- Track work in progress and communicate updates or issues as needed
- Make revisions and updates based on feedback
File Management & Collaboration 🤝
- Organize, name, version, and archive design files and creative assets
- Assist with preparing final files for internal use or vendor production
- Collaborate professionally with designers, managers, and internal partners
Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or near completion).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and layout.
- Familiarity with industry standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong willingness to learn and apply feedback.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada.

Work Location & Flexibility
Office or Hybrid (after probation)
Work from one of our Atlantic Canadian offices-Moncton (preferred for onboarding), or Halifax.
- During Probation: Full-time in-office, based in Moncton, NB preferred.
- After Probation: Choose full‑time in office or hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite)
Compensation
- Salary Band: $52,000 - $78,000
- Expected Hiring Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity)
