Title: Order Picker- Warehouse - Evening Shift

Location: Ottawa East

Shift: Wednesday & Sunday & Friday (with possibility for extension up to full-time hours)

Hours: 4:00 pm to 12:30 am

Pay Rate: $20/hour

We're hiring experienced Order Pickers for one of Canada's largest food distribution companies located in the East End of Ottawa. This role is key to ensuring accurate and timely delivery of grocery products to major retailers across Ontario.

You'll be responsible for picking and preparing orders using Raymond Ride-On Electric Pallet Jacks, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick grocery orders from paper pick sheets (Bills of Lading)
• Operate Raymond Ride-On Electric Pallet Jacks safely and efficiently
• Build and organize skids for shipment to designated area.
• Consistently lift up to 50 lbs and maintain productivity targets
• Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Follow all company Health & Safety standards and best practices

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of order picking experience (food distribution preferred)
• Proven experience operating Raymond Ride-On Electric Pallet Jacks
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots (above the ankle) required
• Criminal Record Check will be required as part of the Onboarding process
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
