As a Service Advisor, you are the connection between our customers and the shop floor. You are the one who listens, explains, and builds trust. Whether it's routine maintenance or a more complex repair, you help guide customers through the process with clarity, confidence, and care. Hourly Wage Range: $21.40 - $25.70, plus performance bonus
What You'll Be Up To:
- Welcoming customers and learning about their vehicle concerns and needs
- Reviewing warranty and service coverage, and explaining it in a clear, approachable way
- Preparing accurate estimates for parts, labour, and recommended services
- Creating detailed repair orders that set the shop up for success
- Keeping customers informed with timely updates and transparent communication
- Maintaining organized and accurate service documentation
- Staying current with Chrysler programs, systems, and ongoing training
- Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, high-performing environment
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Experience in customer service, automotive experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- A natural ability to build rapport and create trust with customers
- A team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
- A valid driver's license with a clean abstract
