To support the Mobile Accessories Product Management team, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to deliver analytical and strategic insights that inform key business decisions. This role leverages data to analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and assess industry dynamics to drive commercial results.
In addition, the Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the end to end Vendor Credit Program. Working closely with Vendor Partners and Product Managers, the role will track promotional funding, submit invoices, and ensure accurate and timely payments.
This position offers strong exposure to product management, vendor relationships, and retail analytics, making it an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented and analytical professional looking to grow within a product organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform portfolio and performance analysis to provide actionable insights that help maximize profitability and maintain market competitiveness
- Support Product Managers with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
- Design and create self serve reporting tools to improve efficiency across the product team
- Manage and support the end to end Vendor Credit Program for the Mobile Accessories portfolio
- Partner with vendors to ensure contractual compliance, accurate funding, and timely invoice payments
- Collaborate with internal teams on SKU setup, maintenance, and new launch readiness
- Coordinate with vendors to collect product information, images, and assets required for new launches
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience working with and analyzing large datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports and presenting insights
- Highly curious, analytical mindset with a desire to learn and solve problems
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and see issues through to resolution
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Experience with SAS and SQL is considered an asset
- Experience with reporting tools or retail systems is an asset
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
