As an Account Services Manager (NB) with Prime Creative, you'll take on a hybrid role that blends thoughtful, relationship first account management with the drive and confidence needed to help new opportunities take shape.
Prime Creative is a seasoned creative studio with deep roots in St. John's , NL and a growing home in Moncton, NB. We've spent decades finding story in the everyday and helping Atlantic Canadian brands share theirs with honesty, warmth, and heart.
We're looking for a bilingual Account Services Manager who can both nurture our client relationships and help expand our presence in Greater Moncton through active, in person business development. That means representing Prime Creative at local networking events, supporting the development of proposals, engaging meaningfully with the business community, and identifying opportunities that align with our values and strengths. Guided by The Prime Way, you'll shepherd projects end to end, contribute to project management needs, and uncover ways to deepen partnerships and elevate the impact of the stories we help tell.
What you'll be doing:
- Connecting with prospects, sharing what Prime Creative is all about, and helping bring in new leads for the studio.
- Drive new business growth by representing the company at local networking events, activity engaging in in-person business development activities.
- Helping manage a portfolio of clients, making sure their goals are clearly understood, well communicated, and consistently met.
- Serving as the main link between clients and our creative studio team.
- Keeping projects organized and moving, including timelines, budgets, next steps, and day to day details.
- Pitching in on client strategies, presentations, and proposals as a steady, supportive member of the team.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or an advertising/creative agency environment (agency experience is a strong asset).
- Bilingual, English and French, with clear, confident written and verbal communication in both.
- Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfort managing client relationships, supporting business development, and working toward shared targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in motion.
- A blend of digital experience, creative interest and practical problem solving.
- A collaborative, team first mindset with the initiative to jump in where needed.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
