Provides administrative support in one or more of several specialty areas including Business Support, Financial Planning and Reporting, Accounting Services and Centralized Transaction.
The responsibilities will include:
Monitors processes and the effectiveness of business controls and initiates improvements
Ensures proper control, recording and classification of transactions
Uses accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries
Participating in Accounts Payable activities including invoice posting, GRN management, payment preparation, supplier inquiries, filing, etc.
Reconciling corporate credit statements and preparing for AP entry
Required:
Post-Secondary diploma/certificate (Accounting)
Time Management skills
Excellent Organizational skills
Teamwork
Desired:
Proficient in computer use and accurately generating reports,
entering data, using spread sheets.University Degree
Experience with process payment
Experience with bank and statement reconciliation
Experience in a cGMP work environment
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $20.85 - $36.48/hr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
