We are seeking a permanent, full-time, experienced candidate to join our team as a Provincial Trainer. This role supports the training needs of all Firm members in various practice groups.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting program training needs of all new firm members during the onboarding process and beyond;
  • Setting up and hosting regular refresher training sessions, virtually and in-person, with firm members;
  • Scheduling and delivering one-on-one training sessions as required, virtually and in-person;
  • Working closely with the management team to assess training needs, develop training programs and material, and suggest improvements by identifying any gaps in the current process;
  • Ensuring our program training aligns with the firm's strategic goals;
  • Communicating with IT on backend support issues as needed;
  • Report any areas of concern to the management team, and working collaboratively to find a resolution;
  • Be committed to change; adopting new programs, platforms and methods of training as needed;
  • Candidate must be able to travel to all the NB offices as needed; and
  • Other related duties as identified by the management team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong technical skillset, ideally with a legal administrative background;
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Writing and speaking in both official languages is considered an asset;
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of programs; and
  • Legal Assistant or Paralegal diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution is considered an asset;
